The Civil Initiative for Equal Opportunities SEMPER is non Governmental, non party, non profit organisation established in june 21st 2002.

We hav emembership of 60 persons (mainly proffesionals in different areas (social workers, teachers, psyhologists,medical persons, lawyers..).
Accroding to the decision of the Ministry of Work and Social Policy our organisation is signed in the Registry of NGOs for social protection in july 2005.

Our mission:

Inititiation of the activities for equal opportunities of the citizens in all the spheres of the social life and initiatives for providing conditions for each of the members of the society to enjoy human rights guaranteed by the conventions elliminating all the shapes of disscrimination.

Scope of work:

• Intitiation and creation of programs for fighting different forms of violence against woman, trafficking and domestic violence
• Work with marginalized groupes
• Human rights enhancement and gender equality
