The Women's organisation “Radika”- Skopje is:

•non-governmental;
•non-profitable;
•civil association for affirmation and exercising human and civil rights and gender equality.

The organisation has a network of 18 local branches (Rostuse, Bituse, Velebrdo, Mogorce, Skudrine, Prisojnica, Trebiste, Jance, Zirovnica, Adzievci, Gorno Kosovrasti, Dolno Kosovrasti, Dzepiste, Otisani, Labunista, Oktisi, Cvetovo i Dolno Kolicani) in every populated places from the wider Recan area. More than 980 women from different nationalities, mostly Macedonian Muslims, participate in these branches.
The Women's organisation Radika is the only active organisation of this kind in the Recan area.
